  • 1 package of ready-made pie crust
  • 1 cup of mincemeat
  • Powdered sugar, for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Roll out the pie crust and cut it into 4 equal-sized squares.

  3. Place a spoonful of mincemeat in the center of each square.

  4. Fold the corners of the pastry squares towards the center, creating a parcel shape.

  5. Press the edges of the pastry together to seal the parcels.

  6. Place the parcels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown.

  8. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly.
