  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, gently combine crab meat, mayonnaise, breadcrumbs, green onions, red bell pepper, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.

  2. Shape the mixture into 8 patties and refrigerate for 10 minutes.

  3. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the crab cakes for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.

  4. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
