How To Make Baked Scallops

Ingredients
- 1 lb scallops
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Pat dry the scallops with a paper towel.

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Remove from heat and stir in the lemon juice.

Place the scallops in a baking dish and pour the garlic butter mixture over them. Season with salt and pepper.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, until the scallops are cooked through and opaque.

Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
