How To Make Baked Salmon & Eggs

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh dill for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a small bowl, mix together the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

  3. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and evenly sprinkle the spice mixture over them.

  4. Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork.

  5. While the salmon is baking, heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

  6. Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook them to your desired level of doneness (e.g., sunny-side-up, over-easy, etc.).

  7. Remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes.

  8. Serve each plate with a piece of baked salmon and 2 eggs. Garnish with fresh dill.
