Ingredients

  • 4 slices of bread
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Place the bread slices on a baking sheet.

  3. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

  4. Brush the mixture evenly over each slice of bread.

  5. Sprinkle the grated cheddar cheese over the bread slices.

  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes.

  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
