  • 8 large eggs
  • 4 oz smoked salmon, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Grease four 8-ounce ramekins with cooking spray.

  3. Crack 2 eggs into each ramekin.

  4. Top each ramekin with equal amount of smoked salmon, parsley, dill, and chives.

  5. Season with salt and black pepper.
