How To Make Baked Haddock

Ingredients

  • 4 haddock fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Place the haddock fillets on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.

  3. Drizzle the olive oil over the fillets and season with salt, pepper, minced garlic, and dried thyme.

  4. Place the lemon slices on top of the fillets.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the haddock is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
