Ingredients

  • 1 lb ahi tuna, cut into small cubes
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 avocado, diced
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, ginger, and garlic.

  2. Add the ahi tuna cubes to the mixture and toss to coat. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 10 minutes.

  3. Remove the tuna from the marinade and place it in a serving bowl.

  4. Top the tuna with green onions, avocado, sesame seeds, red pepper flakes, and cilantro.

  5. Gently toss everything together. Serve chilled.
