How To Make Ground Beef and Cabbage Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small head of cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon of dried thyme
Instructions

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until the onions are translucent.

Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon.

Stir in the salt, black pepper, paprika, and dried thyme.

Add the thinly sliced cabbage to the skillet and cook until it starts to wilt, about 5 minutes.

Reduce the heat to low and cover the skillet. Let it simmer for another 10 minutes, or until the cabbage is tender.

Serve the ground beef and cabbage mixture hot.
