  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 head cabbage, shredded
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. dried parsley
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned.

  2. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened.

  3. Add the shredded cabbage and cook until wilted.

  4. Pour in the beef broth and season with paprika, dried parsley, salt, and pepper. Stir well.

  5. Simmer for 20-25 minutes or until the cabbage is tender.
