How To Make Keto Ground Beef and Cabbage Rolls Recipe
Cabbage leaves stuffed with savory ground beef and baked to perfection, a low-carb and keto-friendly dish.

Ingredients
- 1 head of cabbage
- 1 lb of ground beef
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 can of tomato sauce (8 oz)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Bring a large pot of salted water to boil.

Cut the core from the cabbage and gently remove the leaves, blanching them in boiling water for 2-3 minutes and then rinse with cold water. Set aside.

In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, onion, and garlic. Add paprika, oregano, salt, pepper, and tomato sauce. Cook for 5-7 minutes.

In a bowl, beat the egg and add the meat mixture.

Spoon the mixture onto each cabbage leaf and roll tightly.

Place the rolls in a baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes.
