  • 4 lobster tails
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 4 brioche hot dog buns
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.

  2. Split the lobster tails in half lengthwise and brush with melted butter.

  3. Grill the lobster tails for 5-7 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and cooked through.

  4. While the lobster is grilling, brush the brioche buns with melted butter and toast them on the grill until golden brown.

  5. In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, celery, salt, and pepper.

  6. Remove the lobster meat from the shells and chop it into bite-sized pieces.

  7. Add the chopped lobster to the mayonnaise mixture and toss until well coated.
