- 4 lobster tails
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 4 brioche hot dog buns
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
