
How To Make Poor Man’s New England Lobster Rolls
These New England-style lobster rolls are incredibly delicious with a hint of lemon juice and creamy mayonnaise, served in baked hoagie rolls.

Ingredients
- 3lbslobster meat,cooked, cubed
- 2stalkscelery,finely chopped
- 3tbspmayonnaise,such as Hellman’s
- 2tbsplemon juice
- 1tbspfresh chives,chopped
- salt and freshly ground black pepper,to taste
- 6hoagie rolls
- 4tbspbutter,melted
Instructions

Combine the lobster meat, celery, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and chives. Mix well.

Season with salt and pepper. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Slice the sides of the hoagie rolls and slice down the center.

Brush the melted butter on the sides and in the center of rolls, and place on a baking sheet.

Bake the rolls in the preheated oven for 7 minutes.

Stuff with chilled lobster mixture and serve.
