A classic Maine-style lobster roll, filled with sweet and succulent meat, tossed in a light dressing, served in a buttery toasted roll.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 4 hot dog rolls
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine lobster meat, mayonnaise, celery, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

  2. Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Brush the inside of each roll with melted butter. Toast rolls in the skillet until golden brown.

  3. Divide lobster mixture among the rolls. Garnish with chopped parsley.

  4. Serve immediately.
