  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 4 small baguettes
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the ground pork, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine.

  2. Shape the pork mixture into 4 patties.

  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the pork patties for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.

  4. Slice the baguettes in half lengthwise and lightly toast them.

  5. Spread mayonnaise on the bottom halves of the baguettes. Top with a lettuce leaf, a pork patty, and tomato slices.

  6. Place the top halves of the baguettes on top and press gently to secure the filling.

  7. Serve the spiced pork patty baguettes warm and enjoy!
