How To Make Pork & Thyme Cheeseburgers

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 slices of cheese (cheddar or Swiss)
- 4 burger buns
- Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles
Instructions

In a bowl, combine ground pork, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Shape the pork mixture into 4 patties, about 1/2 inch thick.

Preheat grill or skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheese on each patty to melt.
