
How To Make Turkey, Brie & Cranberry Wellington

Ingredients
- 500g turkey breast, thinly sliced
- 200g brie cheese
- 4 tbsp cranberry sauce
- 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

Lay out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface.

Place the turkey slices in the center of the pastry, leaving a border around the edges.

Spread the cranberry sauce on top of the turkey.

Slice the brie cheese and arrange it on top of the cranberry sauce.

Fold the edges of the puff pastry over the filling, pinching them together to seal.

Brush the pastry with the beaten egg to give it a golden finish.

Transfer the wellington to a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and crisp.

Allow the wellington to rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
