- 4 slices of whole wheat bread
- 2 ripe avocados
- 4 large eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tbsp of lemon juice
- 1/4 cup of diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup of diced red onions
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
