- 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 4 oz brie cheese, sliced
- Fresh rosemary, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Roll out the puff pastry sheet and cut it into 12 equal squares.

Place a teaspoon of cranberry sauce in the center of each puff pastry square.

Top the cranberry sauce with a slice of brie cheese.

Fold the corners of the puff pastry squares towards the center, creating a small bundle.
