Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup mango chutney
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 8 slider buns
  • Lettuce and tomato slices for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, mango chutney, breadcrumbs, cilantro, garlic, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

  2. Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape them into small patties.

  3. Heat a grill or a skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken sliders for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until they are cooked through and reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
