- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tbsp mango chutney
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 8 slices whole wheat bread
- 1 avocado, sliced
- Lettuce leaves, for serving
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, curry powder, mango chutney, raisins, cilantro, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Toast the whole wheat bread slices.

Spread the coronation chicken mixture evenly on 4 slices of bread.
