- 8 slices of ham
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
