  • 8 slices of ham
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Lay out the slices of ham on a flat surface. Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise and Dijon mustard on each slice.

  3. Sprinkle shredded cheese, bell peppers, and onions evenly onto each slice of ham.

  4. Roll up each slice tightly and secure with toothpicks, if needed.

  5. Place the rolls on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  6. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
