How To Make Ground Beef Fried Rice

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned. Drain any excess fat.

Push the ground beef to one side of the skillet and add the minced garlic and diced onion to the empty side. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the onion becomes translucent.

Add the mixed vegetables to the skillet and sauté for another 3-4 minutes until they are cooked through.

Push the ground beef and vegetables to the side and pour the beaten eggs into the empty side of the skillet. Scramble the eggs until cooked and then mix them with the ground beef and vegetables.

Add the cooked rice to the skillet and stir well to combine all the ingredients.

Drizzle with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Stir to coat the rice evenly with the sauces.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until everything is heated through.

Remove from heat. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
