An Italian-style sub loaded with ham, prosciuttini, cappacuolo, provolone, and spices.

Ingredients

  • 4 sub rolls, sliced
  • 1/4 lb ham
  • 1/4 lb prosciuttini
  • 1/4 lb cappacuolo
  • 4 slices of provolone cheese
  • 2 tbsp of dried oregano
  • 2 tbsp of red wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

  2. Lay out the sub rolls on a baking sheet and place them in the oven for 2-3 minutes to warm.

  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar, olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper until well combined.

  4. Slice the ham, prosciuttini, and cappacuolo into thin strips.

  5. Layer the meat and cheese onto the sub rolls.

  6. Drizzle the dressing over the meat and cheese.

  7. Serve immediately.
