Ingredients
- 4 large muffaletta rolls
- 1 cup of corn kernels
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup of sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup of diced red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup of diced green bell pepper
- 1/4 cup of diced red onion
- 1/4 cup of sliced pepperoni
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup of Italian dressing
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Slice the muffaletta rolls in half horizontally and hollow out some of the bread from the inside.

In a mixing bowl, combine the corn, mozzarella cheese, black olives, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, red onion, pepperoni, parsley, and Italian dressing.

Spoon the corn mixture into the hollowed-out rolls and press down firmly.

Place the muffaletta rolls on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
