How To Make Cheesesteak Stromboli

Ingredients
- 1 lb steak, thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 8 slices provolone cheese
- 1 pre-made pizza dough
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced steak and cook until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the bell pepper and onion. Cook until softened and slightly caramelized. Season with salt and pepper.

Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle shape.

Layer the steak, bell pepper, onion, and provolone cheese on one half of the dough, leaving a 1-inch border.

Fold the other half of the dough over the filling and crimp the edges to seal.

Transfer the stromboli to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and cooked through.
