Ingredients

  • 1 pound pizza dough
  • 1/2 pound deli ham, sliced
  • 1/2 pound salami, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup sliced red onions
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangular shape on a floured surface.

  3. Layer the ham, salami, mozzarella cheese, bell peppers, red onions, and black olives onto the dough.

  4. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the filling.

  5. Fold the sides of the dough over the filling and roll it up tightly, sealing the edges.

  6. Place the Stromboli on a greased baking sheet and slightly brush the top with olive oil.

  7. Bake for 25 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.

  8. Allow it to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
