How To Make Sbarro’s Stromboli Recipe

A pizza dough filled with meat, cheese, and vegetables.

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. pizza dough
  • 1 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1 cup sliced ham
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced green peppers
  • 1/2 cup sliced onions
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 egg white

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.

  2. Roll out pizza dough into a rectangle.

  3. Layer pepperoni, ham, mozzarella cheese, green peppers, and onions on the dough leaving a border around the edge.

  4. Drizzle olive oil on top of the toppings.

  5. Sprinkle garlic powder, oregano, and red pepper flakes on top.

  6. Roll the dough starting from the long side and pinch the edges together to seal.

  7. Cut slits on top of the stromboli.

  8. Brush with egg white.

  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.

  10. Serve and enjoy!
