  • 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 1 cup baby spinach leaves
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the steak slices with salt and pepper.

  2. Heat a large skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat.

  3. Add the steak slices to the hot skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.

  4. Remove the steak from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes.

  5. To assemble the wraps, lay a tortilla on a clean surface.

  6. Spread a tablespoon of blue cheese crumbles onto the tortilla.

  7. Top with a handful of spinach leaves, a few slices of red onion, and a portion of the cooked steak.

  8. Drizzle with balsamic glaze.

  9. Roll the tortilla tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.

  10. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and ingredients.

  11. Slice each wrap in half and serve.
