How To Make Chicken Satay

Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into thin strips
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water
Instructions

In a bowl, combine minced garlic, soy sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, chili powder, and coconut milk. Mix well to make the marinade.

Add the chicken strips to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.

Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

Thread marinated chicken strips onto the soaked wooden skewers.

Grill the chicken skewers for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and slightly charred.

Serve the Chicken Satay skewers with peanut sauce on the side.
