How To Make Spicy Prawn Noodle Salad

Ingredients
- 300g prawns, peeled and deveined
- 200g rice noodles
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 red chili, sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions

Cook the rice noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sliced chili and cook until fragrant.

Add the prawns to the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes until they turn pink and opaque.

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, lime juice, honey, salt, and pepper.

Pour the sauce over the prawns and stir well to coat.

Add the cooked rice noodles to the skillet and toss everything together until well combined.

Remove from heat and garnish with fresh cilantro.
