How To Make Simple Kale Salad
This healthy and delicious 5-ingredient kale salad is so easy it only requires 5 minutes to make. And yet, drizzled in light combination of oil and lemon, generously sprinkled with cheese and chopped almonds, this salad may be simple, but it certainly doesn’t lack in flavor.

Ingredients
- 5ozkaleroughly chopped with tough stems discarded
- 2tbspolive oil
- 2tbsplemon juicefreshly-squeezed
- ½cupParmesan cheeseshredded
- ⅓cupalmondssliced, toasted
- sea salt
- black pepperfreshly-squeezed
Instructions

Add the kale to a large mixing bowl and drizzle evenly with the olive oil.

Using your fingers, massage the oil into the kale for 1 to 2 minutes until the kale has softened.

Add in the lemon juice, Parmesan and almonds. Toss until evenly combined.

Taste and season with salt and black pepper according to your preference, then toss once more until combined.
