Ingredients

  • 1 lb crab meat, cooked and shredded
  • 1 lb shrimp, cooked and peeled
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 small red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 celery stalk, diced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Lettuce leaves, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard.

  2. Add the crab meat, shrimp, green onions, red bell pepper, and celery.

  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste and gently toss to combine.

  4. Serve the salad on a bed of lettuce leaves.

  5. Enjoy!
