Ingredients

  • 4 cups of shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup of shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons of barbecue sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage and carrots.

  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, barbecue sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.

  3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage and carrots and toss until well coated.

  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.

  5. Serve chilled and enjoy!
