How To Make Ramen Coleslaw

Ingredients
- 1 package ramen noodles
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and honey.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked ramen noodles, shredded cabbage, grated carrot, green onions, cilantro, and peanuts.

Pour the dressing over the noodle mixture and toss to coat evenly.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
