  • ½small red bell pepper,seeded and sliced thin
  • ¼small red onion,sliced thin
  • 2tbspextra virgin olive oil
  • 5tspapple cider vinegar
  • ¼tspkosher salt
  • black pepper,fresh to taste

  1. In a large bowl combine all the ingredients, toss to combine and let stand 15 minutes before serving.
