- 1 cup of rice
- 2 cups of milk
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 cup of raisins (optional)
- 1/4 cup of chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions

Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Drain well.

In the Instant Pot, combine the rice, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
