- ½lbelbow macaroni,uncooked
- 1cupcelery,diced
- ½cupcarrot,shredded

For Dressing:
- 1cupmayonnaise
- 3tbspapple cider vinegar,or white vinegar
- 2tbspsugar
- 1tspyellow mustard
- 2tbspsweet relish
- ¼tspsalt and pepper
Instructions

Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Set aside to let cool.
