How To Make Bacon, Pea & Basil Macaroni

Ingredients
- 8 ounces macaroni
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Basil leaves, for garnish
Instructions

Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.

Add the frozen peas and cooked bacon to the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the peas are heated through.

Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.

Stir in the cooked macaroni and grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted and the macaroni is coated in the creamy sauce.

Serve hot, garnished with basil leaves.
