How To Make Italian Bean Olive Salad

Ingredients
- 2 cans of mixed beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/2 cup green olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the beans, cherry tomatoes, black olives, green olives, red onion, and parsley.

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.

Pour the dressing over the bean mixture and toss to combine.

Let the salad marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
