How To Make Delicious Egg Salad for Sandwiches

Ingredients
- 8 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons red onion, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 8 slices bread
- Lettuce leaves, for serving
- Tomato slices, for serving
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the chopped eggs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, celery, and red onion. Mix well.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Spread the egg salad mixture evenly onto 4 slices of bread.

Top with lettuce leaves and tomato slices.

Place the remaining bread slices on top to make sandwiches.

Cut the sandwiches in half or quarters, if desired.
