  • 1/2 small cabbage, shredded
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage and grated carrot.

  2. In a smaller bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, white vinegar, sugar, celery salt, salt, and pepper.

  3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage and carrot mixture and toss to coat evenly.

  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.

  5. Serve chilled and enjoy!
