How To Make Iceberg Wedge Salad with Blue Cheese Dressing

Ingredients
- 1 head of iceberg lettuce
- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup of red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup of crumbled blue cheese
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh chives
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup of sour cream
- 2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Cut the head of iceberg lettuce into quarters, removing the core.

Place each wedge onto a serving plate.

In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, red wine vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to make the blue cheese dressing.

Drizzle the blue cheese dressing over each wedge of lettuce.

Scatter cherry tomatoes, red onion, crumbled blue cheese, chopped chives, and parsley over the dressed lettuce wedges.
