How To Make Best Bean Salad Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 can of black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can of kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can of chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup of fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of lime juice
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the black beans, kidney beans, chickpeas, red bell pepper, red onion, and cilantro.

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, lime juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.

Pour the dressing over the bean mixture and toss gently to combine.
