How To Make Roasted Chickpeas

- 2 cans (15 oz each) of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Pat the chickpeas dry using a clean kitchen towel or paper towels.

In a large bowl, toss the chickpeas with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper, until well coated.

Spread the chickpeas in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Bake for 35-40 minutes, stirring once or twice during cooking, until the chickpeas are crispy and golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
