How To Make Salted Maple-Roasted Parsnips

- 4 large parsnips, peeled and cut into 1-inch thick sticks
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a large bowl, combine the maple syrup, olive oil, sea salt, and black pepper. Add the parsnip sticks and toss until they are evenly coated.

Spread the parsnips in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
