Ingredients

  • 4 large parsnips, peeled and cut into sticks
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the parsnips, maple syrup, olive oil, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Toss well to coat.

  3. Transfer the parsnips to a baking sheet and spread them out in a single layer.

  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the parsnips are tender and golden brown, flipping them halfway through.

  5. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
