How To Make Rice Cooker Rice Pudding

- 1 cup of white rice
- 4 cups of milk
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/4 cup of raisins (optional)
- 1/4 cup of chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions

Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Drain well.

In the rice cooker, combine the rinsed rice, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, nutmeg, and cinnamon.

Close the rice cooker lid and press the cook button. Cook for 1 hour and 30 minutes.

After 1 hour and 30 minutes, open the rice cooker lid and add the raisins and chopped nuts, if desired. Stir well.

Close the rice cooker lid and let it cook for another 30 minutes.

Once the cooking time is complete, the rice pudding should be creamy and thick. Serve warm or chilled.
