How To Make Late Night Pepperoni & Pea Rice

Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 cup pepperoni slices
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese for garnish
Instructions

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent.

Add the pepperoni slices to the skillet and cook until slightly crispy.
