  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup sliced red onions
  • 1/4 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Olive oil, for brushing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).

  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness.

  3. Transfer the dough onto a greased baking sheet or pizza stone.

  4. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

  5. Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese over the sauce.

  6. Arrange the pepperoni, olives, red onions, and bell peppers on top.

  7. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese over the toppings.

  8. In a small bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese, dried oregano, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes.

  9. Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the pizza.

  10. Brush the exposed edges of the dough with olive oil.

  11. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  12. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing.

  13. Serve hot and enjoy!
